Homeware Haul - Part 2

This post is probably not what you were expecting today as it isn't a reflection of 2017 and my hopes and dreams for 2018 but instead a part 2 to my homeware haul. The biggest change for me in 2017 was buying a flat and moving out and so I feel it's only right to finish what I'd started with the hauls before the year is over.

Following on from this post here, where I shared a haul with what I got for my new flats kitchen and bedroom, I thought I would now shared the second part to my homeware haul.

This includes items for the living room and bathrooms and gives the first sneak peak of my flat! Click the link below to go straight over to the video or search TheLittleLassies on YouTube to find my channel and see all my other videos too.

Let me know what you think of everything I got and if you have any idea's on ways I can use things in my flat then please leave them in the comments below.

Oh and.....HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!!!

Empties #20

It’s been SO long since my last empties post as I found that I was just repeating myself having used up the same products over and over - I’m definitely a creature of habit! I’m now trying to use up more products which I already have rather than buy ones I always use which means I’ve got a few empties which are new to post about.

The Ordinary Natural Moisturizing Factors
I got caught up in the hype of The Ordinary products and bought 3 a few months ago. This is the first one I’ve finished and I’m actually slightly disappointed. I had heard nothing but good reviews about the brand but my skin just did not take to this well. I found it didn’t actually bring much to the table and didn’t leave my skin feeling as moisturised and nourished as I would’ve liked. I do still like the packaging though and know this works well for many other people.

Clinique Take The Day Off Cleansing Balm
I was very excited when I received this in my September Birchbox as I’d wanted to try this for so long. My favourite part of my day is taking my make-up off and my favourite way to do that is with a Cleansing Balm. This was SO lovely to use and literally just melted the make-up off my skin. It was so effortless and really left my skin feeling amazing afterwards. This small pot lasted me a long time as a little goes a long way so I think the full size, although a lot more expensive than other options, may just be worth it!

Simple Hydrating Booster
This has become a new staple in my skincare routine. I use this after I’ve cleansed and toned and before I moisturise. It is exactly what it says, a hydration boost for the skin which is in a gel formula. Again, I love using this as it’s so effortless, goes on the skin so well and sinks in quickly. An absolute must during the winter months.

This Works Super Sleep Spray
I think I have mentioned this product before but I love using it so much that I thought it was worth another mention. I go through spells of really bad sleep and use to be such a bad sleeper that I now have a few techniques to help me nod off and this is one of them. It relaxes your body ready for the night and helps you fall into a much deeper sleep. Therefore, I wake up feeling so much more refreshed and ready for my day.

I’ve been thinking about doing a post on my other techniques to help me sleep so let me know if that’s something you’d like to read and I’ll make sure to get straight onto it.

December Glossybox

Its that time of the month again....time to share what I got in my Glossybox and as it’s the Christmas box it was always going to be a good one! Not only did this box come with all 5 items being full sized (!!!!!) it came with chocolate too, bonus!
Here’s what I got;

Naobay Equilibria Gel to Milk Cleanser - £15.99
I don’t think I’ve ever tied a gel to cream cleanser so very much looking forward to trying this out. It’s also come at a good time as I’m about to run out of my current cleanser. I haven’t tried this brand before either but on first impressions (judging by the packaging) it’s looking good!

Laqa & Co Cloud Lips - £12.70
Just look at this packaging! Normally I don’t get my lippy out in public to top up but with this beautiful rose gold tube I’ll be getting it out all the time. This is a very beautiful nude/pinky/you’re-lips-but-better shade so if it lasts all day like it promises this may become my winter go to.

Profusion Runway Eye Collection - £3.75
These shades are just beautiful and definitely for the party season. I think I could actually use very shade and I’m most exciting about the shimmery navy which I think ties a nice twist on the classic smokey eye. Looking at the formula it seems quite powdery but with a good eye primer it may just be alright!

Steve Laurent Precision Tip Eyeliner - £18
Another rose gold packaged beauty. I haven’t opened it up yet as I don’t want to run the risk of drying it out when I’ve got another on to go but I love the packaging so much! It’s also so small and light that itwould be ideal for an on the go make-up bag.

Ecodenta Extra Black Whitening Toothpaste with Black Charcoal & Teavigo - £4.49
I think the world is going charcoal made at the moment as there just seems to be so many health/beauty benefits to it. Accordingly to this, charcoal is a natural tooth whitener so I’m all on board for trying this out. Anything to make my teeth whiter while being natural and therefore kinda to my teeth is an absolute win win situation.

And that’s my box! Genuinely really excited about trying all the products out, especially the black toothpaste as I can only imagine how weird that’s going to look. I also can’t believe the value of all the products (£54.93) when all I spent was around £13!!

If you got a beauty box this months as well and have written a post about it then let me know below as I love reading and finding out about new boxes/products!

November Birchbox

For this months Birchbox I was extra excited as I knew it was in colaboration with Vogue. Vogue is probably one of the most iconic companies in the beauty and fashion industry so I knew it would be a good box. Here's what I got;

Benefit Hoola - RRP £24.50 for the full size
An iconic bronzer for this iconic box. Everybody loves this bronzer and so do I so I'm very pleased to welcome this little beauty into my travel make-up essentials.

Percy & Reed No Oil Oil - RRP £14 for the full size
This oil is meant to be volumising as well as smoothing and protecting. I love oil for my hair but do suffer from flat hair so the thought that this may not flatten it but still give me the nourishment which my hair needs makes me very excited to try it.

Clarins Hand and Nail Treatment Cream - RRP £21 for the full size
Winter really dries my hands out so I have to keep on top of it from the start. I'm very pleased to get such a big sample of this from Clarins and look forward to trying it out in these coming colder months.

Seche Vite Top Coat - RRP £9
The first full sized item and it's a dry fast top coat. I love anything that makes painting my nails easier and quicker so hopefully this will really help speed things up. I'm sure I've seen this brand about and believe it has a really good reputation so lets hope it lives up to it.

Birchbox Brush Cleaner - RRP £5
From Birchbox itself! A rubber brush cleaner. I really like the shape of this and think it'd work well for both right and left handed people. Personally, I find using my hand to be more effective but then I've not tried this one by Birchbox so maybe it'll sway me and I'll no longer be able to clean my brushes without one...we'll see!

Along with those 5 beauty items we also got a voucher for 6 free issues of Vogue when you subscribe to a one year or two year subscription. Bonus!!

I choose the pink box this month but if you went for the white and black then let me know below if you got anything different to myself.

Glossybox - September & October

Just like my last post which included two Birchboxes, which you can read here if you haven't done so already, I'm also behind on my Glossybox posts so this one will also include both September and October's boxes. I can't wait to start using these products, so without further a-do...here's what I got in September and October's boxes...

September

Stylondon - Siligel Blender - RRP £5.99
I have never tried one of these before and quite frankly I think it's looks a bit weird and something that should belong in a bra rather than on your face but nevertheless, I will try it out and see what the results are like! I may watch a couple of Youtube tutorials first to see the best techniques (if there is one?!). If anyone has tried this please let me know in the comments below!

Pixi By Petra - Brow Tamer - RRP £12
Love a good brow tamer and I also love Pixi so this product gets two thumbs up. My brows can need some controlling at times which requires a fixing product. The one I currently use if by Benefit and is coloured so I'm excited to have a clear option too for those more natural days.

Monu Skincare - Firming Fiji Facial Oil - RRP £26 for the full size
I love using oil's on my skin and also often use firming products so again, this product seems a good fit. I've never tried anything by this brand before, nor have I heard of it before but considering you only use a couple of drops per application, this sample will last me a long time so I should be able to get a good idea of whether this product works for me or not.

Taylor's 32 - Classic Mint Natural Whitening Toothpaste - RRP £5.00
I've already started using this toothpaste and really enjoy it. It doesn't have an overly strong mint taste so after 10 minutes the freshness is gone but it's strong enough that your teeth so feel cleaned and you do feel freshened up. Whether it's helping my teeth get whiter...I think it has help this as in photo's my teeth do seem whiter than usual but I can't tell in person yet. Maybe by the end of the tube it'll be more obvious.

Skinfix - Hand Repair Cream - RRP £12.99
I have rather problematic skin on my arms and can often suffer from dry patches. Although I do have creams from the doctor for this, I'm excited to have this product which I can throw into my handbag for easy tops. With Winter coming up I will get so much use from this and so glad to have it.

So, that's September's box with 4 full sized items! Now...

October

Makeup Revolution - Mermaids vs Unicorns Eyeshadow Palette - RRP £4
Some interesting colours in this palette, some which I would use and some which I would be nervous to but overall, a nice mix of matte and shimmery shades. For £4 for this size of palette, I don't have high hopes of a great quality product but I've learnt to never judge a product by the price so will still give it a fair shot.

Sleek - Creme To Powder Blush - RRP £5.99
Sleek is a drugstore brand which I think is quite under-rated. I've used their blushes in the past and they're VERY pigmented so a little really does go a long way. I haven't used the creme to powder  formula before but think this may be ideal for Autumn/Winter. They've also changed their packaging and it's very nice and reminds me of the NARS packaging.

Kawaii Enterprise - Brush Cleansing Egg - RRP £7.99
This seems like such a clever idea. At the moment I just use my hand when cleaning brushes but it does become quite tedious. This looks like it'll make it all much more effortless. It's also bright pink which is always pleasing.

Lord & Berry - Magic Brow Perfect Eye Brow Pencil - RRP £14
Having only used this on the back of my hand it looks very promising. The colour seems to be a fairly good match and it seems to create sharp lines which will help give the natural appearance rather than the drawn on eyebrows I try to avoid.

Bang Beauty - Cream Color - RRP £19.50
So apparently this product can be used as eyeshadow, blush or highlighter. It does have quite a shimmer to it so I don't think I would use it as a blusher but absolutely as a highlighter to help bring life and glow to my face during the colder months. Since it's a cream I think it would also work well as an eyeshadow just to help give a bit of colour. Right now I'm thinking this may be a great product to have the handbag for any last minute plans which may take me straight from the desk to out and about as this will help freshen my face and make me look like I've made some effort.

So that's October's box with all 5 items been full sized!! I really would use all 5 items and can't wait to try them out. Let me know if any of you have received your Glossybox this month and what your favourite product was.

Birchbox - September & October

Thanks to life being crazy busy for the past month I’ve got not just this months Birchbox to share but also last months! So, let’s start with September;

Polaar - Icy Magic Eye Contour Energiser - RRP £22 for full size
I received another product from this brand a few months ago and really enjoyed it so I’m looking forward to trying this. I’ve never actually seen this brand being sold anywhere but will be keeping my eyes out for what else they may do.

Dr PawPaw - Original Clear Balm - RRP £6.95 for full size
I actually squealed with joy when I saw this. I got my first full size when I lived in Australia and loved it so much but didn’t realise how hard it would be to find it back here in Scotland otherwise I would’ve stocked up. I’m currently using a full size one which I got in a Glossybox but it’s running low so I’m SO happy to have this mini one to keep in my handbag for on the go.

Manna Kadar - 3 in 1 Blush, Highlighter and Eyeshadow - RRP £15
The first full sized item in this months box. Looking at the colour I couldn’t quite imagine this as a blush but having now swatched it I can absolutely see how you could use it as all three. It’s such a beautifully shade which could bring warmth during autumn as a blush, shimmer as a highlight as a beautiful shade on the eyes. This really has surprised me as to how many uses you get from the one powder.

Arrow - Boost Color Enhancing Lip Balm - RRP £11
I love this kind of product, the ones which are different shades on different people depending on the pH levels on your skin. This is also a full sized product and I love the packaging - ready to keep you going through any festival.

Clinique - Take The Day Off Cleansing Balm - RRP £23 for the full size
Again, this received a little squeal of excitement when I saw this. I’ve heard such good reviews about this but never been brave enough/had the budget for the full sized item. I cannot wait to try this out! I believe a little goes a long way so this should last quite a wee while

And now, October’s box which we all just need to take a moment to appreciate the box!

Model Co - Megalash Mascara - RRP £16 for the full size
I can never tell how good a mascara will be by just the brush so have no idea how I’ll get on with this but usually I tend to make a royal mess when the wands are this big. However, I’ll go in with an open mind and cross my fingers that this gives the long, separated and curled lashes that we all long for.

Balance Me - Pure Skin Face Wash - RRP £16 for the full size
Balance me is a brand which pops up quite a bit in Glossybox/Birchbox but I admit I’m quite pleased about it. I love how natural this brand is and my skin has always seemed to get well with the products so I look forward to trying another one.

Anatomicals - Grab Your Melons Shower Gel - RRP £1.50
The only full sized product in this months box. This product is tied in to the fact it’s cancer awareness month and CopperFeel has worked with the Birchbox team on this box. I love the fact that this shower gel is a gentle, and amusing, reminder that it’s important to check yourself as we all know how important it can be. I admit that I’m bad at remembering so hopefully having this in the shower with me will help.

Amika - Perk Up DryShampoo - RRP £20 for the full size
Amika is another hair brand I’ve heard great things about but still haven’t tried the dry shampoo yet. Having fallen out with Bastist a couple of years ago, the white never rubbed in properly so I was constantly asked why I had grey hair that day, I’m always on the search for a new dry shampoo so looking forward to trying this. I also love how dinky this is as it’ll be great to have in the handbag for any last minute changes of plans that require my hair to be spruced up a bit.

Biore - Deep Cleansing Charcoal Pore Strips - RRP £8.99
I’ve used these strips before and my they really do work. It’s grossly satisfying peeling them off and then inspecting to see how many blackheads you get at once. My pores have been really clogged recently so looking forward to using this and trying to clean them in a bit!

Let me know which box you think is better, for me...I think September has won!

Homeware Haul - Part 1

One of the things I was most excited about when buying a flat was going shopping to furnish it. Having spent hours as a kid furnishing houses on the Sims, I’ve always looked forward to doing it for real in my own place.

To help show everything I got I filmed a homeware haul for my YouTube channel which you can watch by clicking the link below!

Let me know what you think of what I got and I you have any good ideas on what I can use those baskets for! There's another homeware haul coming, as mentioned, so make sure you're subscribed to my channel so you don't miss out on the next one.

Flat Update

As I mentioned in my previous post I have been a bit quiet over here. If you watch my Youtube videos then you'll know that I recently bought a new flat - which is beyond exciting and exhausting at the same time. They say buying a place and moving is the most stressful thing you do in your life and I cannot agree more.

Not only am I dealing with getting the flat ready but it's also the busiest time of year for my work AND we're understaffed so everything is just that little bit more hectic.

Of course, I'm not really complaining as I'm extremely lucky to be in this situation but the fact I've spent more time at Homebase than my own bed is starting to ware me down. I'm going in to work early, leaving hours late and spending all evenings at the new flat trying to get everything sorted on time.

The hardest bit I think is the fact that I'm doing this on my own and there's just so many more things to do/pay for/deal with than anyone has ever mentioned! I feel very clueless about the whole thing and do wonder how I managed to get this far all right.

I can't wait until it's all sorted and I'm finally in! Then my posts will be back to their regular uploads and I can finally breathe...

Apologies if this sounded like I'm moaning but sometimes you just gotta let it out!

Room Improvements

Some of you may now know that I not only have this blog but I've also got a YouTube channel which you can check out here. I recently put up a new video all about the changes which I've made in my room to help make it more of a grown-up bedroom rather than the bedroom which I've had since I was 6!

There's also some news at the end of a big life update so click below to find out what it is!

Beauty Pro Black Peel Off Mask

I have been wanting to try one of these masks for so long now so when one arrived in my June Glossybox, which you can read about here, I couldn't wait to try it out.

This one is from Beauty Pro and I have to admit, I wasn't overly impressed. I think this may have been down to myself not applying enough of the mask so had too much of a thin layer to really have a huge affect, or maybe my expectations were just too high.

When the mask dried it peeled off with ease, none of this painful tearing at the skin as I've seen on so many YouTube videos. There was parts of the mask which didn't fully dry so it didn't peel off and instead I had to wash it off. This was especially on my chin which was annoying as I definitely have enough blackheads there that could've done with being removed!

I had used this primarily on my t-zone and as much as I was slightly disappointed, it did leave my skin feeling SO smooth and soft on my forehead so I wouldn't completely rule it out. I would actually be interested in buying this again and use a thicker layer and maybe leaving it on longer to see if it works better second time round.

Let me know if you have any recommendations of black peel off masks as I'm clearly still on the hunt for my perfect match!

June's Birchbox

Following on from last week's post of what I got in June's Glossybox, which you can read here, I thought I'd keep things even by doing a post on what I got in June's Birchbox as yet again, I can't decide which was my favourite!

MeechNMia Brow Liner -  RRP £12.99
The first of the full sized items from a brand I've never heard of. I got this in the shade #22 which is the middle shade which seems to be a fairly alright shade for me. I don't usually use pencils for my brows as I don't have time for that during the week but this may be worth a shot when I've got more time of my hands.

Ecotools Perfecting Blender Duo - RRP £9.99
And the second full sized item! I was obsessed with my Real Technique's makeup sponge and haven't actually used any other's so I'd be interested to see how this one compares. I also love how you get two different sizes for different application styles.

Cowshed Cow Pat Hand Cream - RRP £8
The third and final full sized item! I really like Cowshed products and I'm currently running out of my hand cream on my desk at work so this came just in time.

Scrub Love Coconut Oil Body Scrub - £11.95 for the full size
I got the charcoal version of this in last month's Glossybox and love it. It's a brilliant rough scrub which buffs away your dead skin and really brings life back to it. The charcoal one does leave nasty looking black marks in my shower so I'm hoping this scrub will be just as good but without the mess it leaves behind.

Origins Original Skin Renewal Serum - RRP £32.50 for the full size
A brand which I think everyone knows and loves. I couldn't wait to try this so have done so for the past few nights and I'm very pleased to see that a little goes a long way as I'm really enjoying using this so far!

Although it's called Birchbox, this month is more of a Birch-bag as it also comes with a beauty pouch for you to store all your travel essentials. A nice wee extra just in time for any Summer adventures!

June's Glossybox

Just when I was trying to convience myself to cancelmy Glossybox subscription to try help save money they went and sent such an amazing one for June. So good I just had to post about it and show you what it includes.

Here's everything I got in the box;

BeautyPro Black Diamond - RRP £4.95 for 3
I have been looking for a mask like this in SO long. We can't deny the gross pleasure there is when someone takes off this masks to see all the blackheads still stuck on. It's also so affordable that I really hope this is a good one as I'd love to do one of these on a weekly/fortnightly basis.

111 Skin Space Defence Bright Eye Lift Gel - RRP £110 for the full size
Yeah, that price isn't a typo, this would actually cost over £100 for the full size! I physically dropped my jaw when I saw the price so will be interested to see if spending a lot more money really does give you a much better product.

Sleek Makeup Power Plump Lip Crayon - RRP £5.50
I've already tried this out and love it. Such a natural shade which really does give the tingles to plump your lips. A definitely your lips but better product.

Himalaya Since 1930 Purifying Neem Face Wash - RRP £3.29 for the full size
I've never heard of this company and have to say it doesn't fill me with much excitement. It does look cheap and is on the more affordable side so if it works well then atleast I could find myself saving a few pennies!

Batiste Stylist Oomph My Locks XXL Volume Spray - RRP 4.29
I was so excited to see this product in here as I've been intrigued by this range since I heard Batiste was moving into styling products. I am always on the look out for a product to give more volume in my hair so I've got my hopes set on this one.

Manna Kadar Costmetics Sheer Glo Highlighter - RRP £22.50 for the full size
Im pretty sure I've heard of this brand before through a beauty box but cannot remember what it was or what I thought so it! I am getting more into highlighters now though so excited to try this one out.

Not only was there 6 amazing products but also a sneak peek of the new novel coming out by Louise Pentland. I've watched her on youtube for years now so have been getting excited about this book since she announced it so this was a very nice surprise!

New Favourite Highlighter

When looking through my recent posts for some inspiration I couldn't believe that I haven't actually shared with you my new favourite highlight so here it is!

'Light Up Your Face' Luminizer Palette from Essence offers 3 different highlighter shades. Admittedly, I've only actually used the one on the far right but I absolutely love it and think it's worth getting the whole palette just for this one shade. It gives the perfect balance of beautiful glow which isn't too dazzling and in your face. This also sits so naturally on top of make-up and last throughout the whole day without topping up at all.

On the top is Essence and on the bottom is Mary-Lou Manizer

The whole palette is just £3 which just seems ridiculous! I'm yet to actually see Essence on the shelves anywhere but if you do then I would definitely recommend picking this one up. I've ever been using it more than my £17 Mary-Lou Manizer which just shows how great it is!

Empties #19

Once again my empty supplies has built up so I thought I'd share how I got on with some products which I haven't included in an empties post before.

Olay Beauty Fluid - Day
Olay is a brand which has been around since forever so you know you're in safe hands with them. This moisturiser is beautifully light, sinks into skin leaving it baby soft and smells amazing. It isn't the cheapest moisturiser but it certainly is still affordable and worth the extra few pennies in my opinion.

Lucas' Papaw Ointment
Similar to the 8 hour cream by Elizabeth Arden but for a third of the price, my heart broke a little when this tube ran out as I can't find it anywhere to buy in Scotland. VERY luckily, I actually received another one in this months Glossybox! As if they knew! (you can see what else I got in that Glossybox here)

Polaar Ice Pure Gentle Scrub with Artic Cotton
This is another item which I got from a beauty subscription box which I've really enjoyed using. It really was a gentle scrub with tiny balls to help exfoliate your face without being too harsh. I used every 3 days so or but it was definately gentle enough to use every day if desired.

Bourjois Healthy Balance Matte Powder
I cannot remember a time when I didn't use this powder. At the moment my skin is looking alright so on an every day basis I no longer bother with foundation but use this to help reduce my shine and red cheeks. It's got a great amount of coverage without looking really cakey. It is also quite slim compared to other compacts and has a mirror on the inside making it perfect for travel and top-ups during the day.

Ground Chocolate Orange Body Scrub
I think my favourite from all the empties...I can't get enough of this scrub! It smells A-MA-ZING!!!! It also leaves your skin feeling the most soft that it'll have felt since you were literally a baby. Since I started this bag Boots has started selling it so I'll be picking up another on my next visit.

Let me know what empties you've used up recently or if you've tried any of the above.

Life Update

So recently I got some very exciting life changing news which has taken up a lot of my time and maybe been the result in the lack of time I've spent on here. Basically, I've been cheating on beauty with homeware becayse...I bought a flat!!!

I have finally bought my own place and I couldn't be more excited! All the years of living with my parents to save money have paid off and I'm officially a home owner. The flat is still being built so I've got until September to prepare myself and get everything I need. This means that there'll probably be a few homeware hauls coming on here soon which I'm really looking forward too...and hopefully you are too?!

If you have any homeware posts/recommendations then please leave them below. As I go through the process of buying a place I realise I don't have a clue what I'm doing which can make it very daunting so any advice would be very appreciated.

May's Glossybox & Birchbox

For this month's Glossybox and Birchbox reviews I thought I would combine them into the same post to make it easier to compare the two.

First up, Birchbox;

Marsk Mineral Eyeshadow - Vanilla Frosting - RRP £14.49
Luckily we got to choose between two shades and I went for Vanilla Frosting as I already had the other one. I've not opened this one yet as they can often be quite messy but this looks like it'll be a great shadow to highlight the brow bone and inner corner of the eye

Doucce Punk Volumizer Mascara - RRP £18 (for the full size)
This is a Birchbox exclusive and I'm always excited to try a new mascara. The brush is massive so I'm not sure how I'll get on but I'll give it a go and let you know

Paula's Choice Skin Perfecting 2% BHA Liquid Exfoliant - RRP £8 (for the full size)
What a mouthful that name is and quite frankly I don't understand it. However, I like any product which I can apply with a cotton pad and not have to wash off so I think it'll be easy to incorporate this into my skincare routine. It claims to clear and calm skin so I may wait until I'm having a break out before trying this one out

Beauty Protector Protect & Volume - RRP £18.50 (for the full size)
I have another product by this brand which I'm yet to get round to trying so I still have no expectations of the brand. Having said that, anything that claims to give volume is alright by me!

Whish Firming Body Cream - RRP £27 (for the full size)
Again this is a brand which I've received in previous beauty boxes and I enjoyed it previously. The packaging doesn't blow me away and make me think it's worth £27 but that doesn't change what's on the inside so I'm still looking forward to trying this

And now, Glossybox;

Scrub Love Active Charcoal Body Scrub - RRP £13.95 (for the full size)
I absolutely LOVE body scrubs like this as they really do leave your skin feeling silky soft. I've not tried this brand before but I've just run out of my current body scrub so will crack this open soon. I also love using charcoal products on the skin as I think they're great at clearing the skin from toxins and giving it a really good, deep clean

Dr PawPaw Original Balm - RRP £6.95
This is the product which I'm most happy about from both boxes as my current tube of this, which I got in Australia, is about to run out and I can't find it anywhere in Edinburgh! So, as I was about to give up hope I received it in this months box. So happy!

Ruby Powder Blush in Coral - RRP €14.99
It's been a while since I used a powder blush as I'm having a love affair with a cream blush I got in a Glossybox months ago but this one may change that for me. The shade of this is just beautiful and seems perfect for Summer

Caudalie Vinosource Moisturizing Sorbet - RRP £23 (for the full size)
Everyone know that Caudalie is a great skincare brand so I'm very excited to try this out. The fact this is called a sorbet makes me love it even more so I can't wait to try this out. My only fear is I'll love it too much and have to buy a full size, which is much more expensive than my usual moisturiser!

Daily Concepts - RRP £4
I love that this has two sides to it, a softer and rougher side, which means you can alter it for different parts of your body making this even more versatile than an ordinary exfoliator. Using this along with the scrub will definitely mean my skin will be Summer ready!

So, between the two boxes my favourite would be Glossybox this month as it has three full size items and I'm genuinely excited about all the products. Birchbox has my favourite designed box that I've received yet and think it just looks beautiful.

If you received any beauty boxes then leave a comment letting me know what you thought of them and if you have any recommendations!
